For this pig birthday cake project, the cake made up the bathtub. And I baked it in 2 oval-shaped cake tins and that was the closest shape cake tin that I had to that of a bathtub. You can also bake the cakes in round cake tins and then cut them out into oval shapes before carving the bath tub out of it.
